After she gets home and talks to Harry, housemates are free to reply and then anyone who's heard she's back and wants to come visit her is free to reply. But please wait for those three first. [It's midday in the woods. Calm, quiet. And then... CRUNCH SPLASH. Guess who just got literally dumped into the lake on this cold winter day? And hard enough to break what little ice is still left. Yep. Hermione's back. And she looks like she's been through hell. Coughing, sputtering. She's going to try to climb up onto the bank, because seriously Malnosso? A sprained ankle, a partially bleeding neck, and a bunch of scratches and bruises and you couldn't dump her somewhere dry?

So... the lake just seems to not like people lately.]

[Probably an hour later, writing will appear from her, but her hand is still shaky. If anyone remembers when she first arrived, this handwriting is comparable to that.]

I'd just like to inform everyone that I'm back. It's been long enough that I should have missed an experiment... I hope everyone else is well.

[Draco of course is at the lake. His lake, after all. And currently he's busy throwing rocks into the water and at the ice because life sucks. Just be lucky that rock suddenly slips from his hand and hits the bank instead because he's pretty damn surprised when Hermione turns up.]

[Later - sometime after receiving a message to come to the scene - Raine will arrive with a blanket and some other warm, dry things for Hermione.]

[She's still sputtering as she tries to drag herself back onto ground. Ugh. And the first person she runs into is the first person who found her when she first arrived in Luceti. Hello there irony. You taste lovely today.]

[Pardon him, everything's bizarre lately. Give him a few to regain his bearings before he gets up to drag her out of the water.] You'd be surprised.

[Hermione's just glad to see her. After bidding farewell to Draco, she'll turn her attention to Raine.]

Thank you for coming.

[She has no idea and the fact that she's not quite right, either, doesn't really help her, though it does him. Taking that help and rolling over onto her back when she gets out.]

What, do people fall into lakes on a daily basis?

[She might sound a bit hissy right now, but that's because her neck's kind of bleeding and one of her ankles is... kinda swollen. Other than that she appears normal.]

[A shrug and he's sitting back on his heels to examine her.] Longbottom landed on ice last month. I fell through it that same night. Maybe it's a wizard thing. [About that point he focuses in on her neck] ...what the hell?

[We're sorry, one thing at a time. Brain not processing.]

Neville? Neville's here or are you just repeating something from someone else? [Like Luna or something.

[Oh... right her neck... she places a hand against it.] It's nothing.

[Harry is sitting out on the porch of the DA house, looking at the various plants Neville and Luna planted outside. After all that happened last week, Harry just wants some time to think for himself. But when he sees a familiar face come up, he's most definitely happy to see her.]

Hermione! Are you alright?

[And however she says good-bye to Raine, she still lights up tiredly when she sees Harry. She's better than she was, but she still looks a mess.]

Harry! [brb we need a hug.]

[...hold on, something's not right here.]

What are you talking about? You know he is. [Yeah, he doesn't believe that so hang on, wand out.] Move your hand.

[Sorry, she's still a bit out of it and looks a taaaad frightened.]

What, why? What are you doing?

[He's running out to greet her and yes, she's getting a hug.]

Come on, let's get inside.

[She leeeeaaans into the hug and then follows him inside.]

...I've been gone a long time, haven't I?

...what do you think I'm doing?

I don't know! You're pointing your wand at me!

I'm going to fix it so it's not bleeding!

[She blinks up at him... pause... finally removes her hand and looks away. Wtf, self. It's Draco. It'll be okay... right? She still looks a little freaked.]

[He pauses himself once he realizes where she's bleeding from] ...hey. Didn't this already close?

[Silence...] ...A while ago, yes.

[He's missed you like hell, Hermione.]

About two weeks, I reckon. Do you need anything?

...what the hell did they do to you?

... [She's just trying to remember how to breathe.] The Manor...

...[Yeah that is not making him happy.] What?

[She's missed him!]

[A slight shake of her head.] Just to rest. A chair or something.

[She still looks tired... Come to think of it, she should probably shower and change, but that's not now. Actually, she sounds like she wants to say something else, but she can't quite say it.]
