...Well that was certainly interesting. I hope everyone made it out of the snow and back to their residences safely. I was caught at home, so I'm fine. If any of my housemates are coming home frozen, I'll have my bluebell flames in their jar in the middle of the common room.

I'd also like to hear from everyone I haven't spoken to yet since the blizzard ended. How are you all doing?


[Hermione is going to send a Messenger Patronus to her housemates, no matter where they are. It says, "Are you all right? Please see me. I need to teach you this." Except to Harry. His says, "I need to teach you this and for you to teach me something," but it comes back to her, whining...

[She'll be waiting on the bottom floor.]

I'm curious to learn what other types are out there, especially magic that isn't just for battle. It's nice to see applications of power that have nothing to do with destruction.

[Terra's there a few moments later, arriving in much the same way. She suddenly appears several paces away and then heads over.]

Hello, Terra! [She smiles when she sees the other girl and stands up to walk over, handbag clasped in her hands.] It's good to see you again.

[And for her first trick before anything else is said, she pulls out a jar from her handbag - a jar that appears much much larger than the bag itself. Inside it are the flames from earlier, still crackling healthily despite the lack of an air supply in the jar.]
