[She sounds extremely professional at this point, very calm and sure of herself.]

As I already spend all of my free time in the library, I'd like to extend the offer to tutor anyone who goes to school and would like the extra help. It's no trouble at all to me and I actually enjoy it. I'm used to doing that sort of thing back home. All you need to do is tell me your name and if you'd like to do it over the journals or in person and I'll see about setting something up. I think tutoring and study groups are good things for young minds such as ours and it's a good way to pass the time that would otherwise be spent being bored or some such.

My name, for those who still don't know me, is Hermione Granger, and if you need me at all, I will likely be in the library.

[And then a little awed as she looks at the calendar and realises she's been here for a while.] Has it really been a month already?

I'll be there in a while. [Closing the journal then and OFF to find Hermione at the library!]

[She's sitting at what has become her normal table, attempting to read while wondering what he's going to show her.]

[Casually strolls up to the table and pulls out a chair, dropping down into it gracefully] Bit of light reading there?

[She barely glances up before placing a bookmark in the book and setting it aside.] Of course. What else?

[Well it doesn't look like he's carrying anything odd, but she can't tell.] So what did you want to show me?

[Give him a sec, digging through his pockets before coming up with a small beaded handbag, weighing it in his hand and keeping it far enough out of her reach.]

[If you were looking for a reaction, the widened eyes and sudden sitting up straight probably gave her away. If not, then the carefully controlled voice will.] Where did you find that?

[There's the tiniest hint of a smirk on his lips as he lightly tosses the bag up and down.] I had a look in one of the shops the other day and it seemed to be calling my name.

[dfkjhdfskj And he probably knows just how much she wants it.] May I have it back?

[Oh he most definitely does.] Sure. But you have to explain what it is first.

[Internal debate] If you promise not to break anything or keep what's inside it from me. [Not that there's actually anything in it right now, but she doesn't know that.]

It's probably not useful to me in the first place.

[Well, a lot of it's supposed to be books and the like...]

Reach inside. [Well, at the very least he'll find that he can stick his whole arm in without touching the bottom. There's nothing inside, though.]

[He gives her a suspicious look like he's expecting to find another Monster Book of Monsters at the bottom of the bag, but he's sticking his arm in there...huh.] No bottom.

...There's nothing in there? You aren't hitting any books or anything?

Stop playing dumb, Granger. What the hell is this thing?

I'm not. [She sounds genuinely baffled.] It's supposed to have a lot of things in there, things to help Harry, Ron, and me survive.

...I even kept a tent in there...

[She breathes out a weary sigh and reaches for the bag.] May I? That's my handbag. I placed an Undetectable Extension Charm on it the summer before what would have been our seventh year at Hogwarts.

[Nods slowly and hands over the bag wordlessly, just staring at it like he can't really believe that she really did that.]

[Lucky for you she's too busy wondering what the Malnosso did to her stuff that she's not paying attention to the look on your face, Draco.] It's all gone... the tent, Phineas Nigellus' portrait, my books...

At least they let me have the bag back.

[Now she glances up at him, picks up a book, the biggest in her rather large stack off to the side, and slides it into the bag. The bag shuts with a snap and then she offers it back to Draco.]

[...what the hell. Draco takes the bag and lifts it up and down in the palm of his hand.] ...all right, slightly impressive.

[Coming from him, that's a big compliment.] Go ahead, take the book out. Or put another in.

How does it not get heavier or split? [Opens the bag and slips in another book, watching it disappear with the first.]

That'd be part of the Charm itself, the Extension Charm. It's very handy, but it can make finding things a bit difficult.

And you kept everything in here? [Continues putting books in the bag.]

[She's trying not to laugh at how in awe you seem, Draco.] Yes. It was the easiest way to keep on the move since we couldn't stay in one place more than a day. It was too risky.

[Now she really does laugh but it's at a memory, not you, Draco.] Though it did get to the point that we had to use a Summoning Charm to get anything out.

[Well he's got about half of Hermione's original pile in the bag before he closes it up, weighing it to see how it feels.] I shouldn't be surprised, really. Even when we were at school your bookbag was crammed with just about everything possible.
